Haven't bought a car here, but beware of the bait and switch practices. Prices listed vs actual cost with all dealer options removed was 6,000 over advertised price. 2,000 or 3,000 (fees taxes) i can understand, but 6,000 over price is insane. ESPECIALLY having 7,000 down on a car advertised at 15,000, but asking 21,000 not including interest on potential loan (didn't even bother wanting to chat with financing office) is just bananas. Luckily there are plenty of cars on the market at dealers that want to sell. I just feel bad for the person who signs for that car

Super disappointing experience with these guys. I purchased a vehicle from out of state. Mo was generally helpful during the sales process, despite communication that could have been better. However, once the paperwork was signed, the experience took a turn.
It took more than a week to schedule delivery, and despite several phone calls, I received very little communication. The first notice that the vehicle was being delivered was a random text from the courier saying, “I’ll be there in 15 minutes.”

Hey wasup guys I had just bought a 2018 hellcat about 9k miles and my sales man (Alex) Alexander did a fantastic job getting it done. If I could give a zero rating, I would. Buyers BEWARE of this dealership. I cannot stress this enough. I had a horrible experience with this dealership. I paid cash for pre-owned Mercedes, travelled from Colorado to Aurora, IL for pick up. The Mercedes had major suspension malfunctions, oil issues and unsafe tires. Within 48 hours of purchase, I returned the Mercedes to Motor Cars Mitsubishi and flew home. I still have not received a refund of my money. Good honest people work here, was worth driving an hour and a half just to purchase a car from them. Not only did they get me back on the road quickly after the hailstorm that hit March 10th, but also got my vehicle fixed when it was showing issues. I would recommend anyone come to them for any car purchase.
